Returns and Refunds

For tea:
Returns are generally not accepted due to food safety concerns and the perishable nature of tea. Refunds may be applied for products that are incorrect or products that have major defects.

We can not issue refunds for customer reasons other than those mentioned above. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with proof of claim. If further verification is needed for a refund, we may ask for a return of the product for inspection. Once verified, customers may choose between the same replacement product or a full refund. Any claims outside of the 7 day period will not be considered.

To start a refund, you can contact us at contact@moochamatcha.co. If your refund is accepted and a return is requested, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

For chawans:
Returns are accepted if notified within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any returns outside of the 7 day period will not be considered.

All returns must be in the condition they were received. Once returns are verified, customers are eligible for the same replacement product or a refund. Customers are responsible for incurring all related shipping costs for the return.

We offer free shipping over $75 throughout the United States. International shipping will be made available in the future.

For shipping in the US: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that processing times may take longer when there is a high volume of orders. Once processed, items should arrive within 1-7 business days. Customers using PO boxes are advised to use a physical home address to avoid package issues.

Any cancellations must be made before the order has been sent for shipment. Please note we can’t accept cancellations after the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has left our warehouse.
