A premium matcha that is 100% handpicked. Matcha no.7 is a ceremonial matcha that is harvested only by 20 hand pickers during the first harvest in Uji, Japan. This matcha offers a nutty taste similar to that of milk chocolate and sweet pistachio. It is a blend of the gokou and samidori cultivars. Compared to no.11, this matcha has a higher sweetness profile with no bitterness.

This refined taste and vibrant color comes from handpicking, a time-consuming method once reserved for tea competitions, where farmers select only the youngest leaves for the best quality. This matcha can be used as a latte, usucha, or as koicha.
